No:5 Yenimahalle \/ Ankara \/ TURKEY<br>Phone: +90 312 395 51 11<br>E-mail: <a>info@starkimya.com.<\/a><br>Website: <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.starkimya.com.tr\">www.starkimya.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BUYER<\/strong><br>The person making a purchase through the website <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.starkimya.com.tr\">www.starkimya.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 2 &#8211; SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>This agreement is prepared to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER on the website <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.starkimya.com.tr\">www.starkimya.com<\/a><br>The provisions of the <strong>Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502<\/strong> and the <strong>Regulation on Distance Contracts<\/strong> shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 3 &#8211; PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The type, nature, quantity, color, number, sales price, and payment details of the products or services ordered are confirmed by the BUYER and specified in the order summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 4 &#8211; DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the BUYER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. The product is delivered within a maximum of 30 days, depending on stock availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.4. Payment is made by the BUYER in cash or in installments, according to the chosen method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 5 &#8211; RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. The product must be unused, undamaged, and resalable for the right of withdrawal to be valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 6 &#8211; CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For products prepared specifically according to the BUYER\u2019s request,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For products whose packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For products that are perishable or have an imminent expiration date,<br>the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 7 &#8211; PRODUCT RETURNS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The product to be returned must be complete, unused, and undamaged.<br>In returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER. In returns of defective goods, shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 8 &#8211; COMPETENT COURT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the <strong>Consumer Arbitration Committees<\/strong> and <strong>Consumer Courts<\/strong> located at the BUYER\u2019s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 9 &#8211; ENFORCEMENT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement by making a purchase on the website <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.starkimya.com.tr\">www.starkimya.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARTICLE 1 &#8211; PARTIES SELLERStar Kimya ve G\u0131da San.
