BUYER
The person making a purchase through the website www.starkimya.com
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement is prepared to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER on the website www.starkimya.com
The provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, nature, quantity, color, number, sales price, and payment details of the products or services ordered are confirmed by the BUYER and specified in the order summary.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
4.3. The product is delivered within a maximum of 30 days, depending on stock availability.
4.4. Payment is made by the BUYER in cash or in installments, according to the chosen method.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period.
5.3. The product must be unused, undamaged, and resalable for the right of withdrawal to be valid.
ARTICLE 6 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
- For products prepared specifically according to the BUYER’s request,
- For products whose packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
- For products that are perishable or have an imminent expiration date,
the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
ARTICLE 7 – PRODUCT RETURNS
The product to be returned must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
In returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER. In returns of defective goods, shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 9 – ENFORCEMENT
The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement by making a purchase on the website www.starkimya.com
