Description

STR-1933 is a high-performance surface cleaner formulated for cleaning both interior and exterior building materials. Its phosphate-free, chlorine-free, and acid-free composition makes it environmentally friendly and safe for sensitive surfaces.

With its low-foam formula, STR-1933 is ideal for use in pressure washing systems and does not damage pumps or seals. The product is highly effective on dust, grease, exhaust soot, oxidation, and general grime, making it suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial maintenance.

• High dilution rate: 1:50 – 5 liters of concentrate makes up to 250 liters of ready-to-use solution

• Effective in hot or cold water

• Leaves no residue

• VOC content: extremely low at 0.004%

• Over 95% biodegradable, compliant with OECD 301

• Ideal for walls, floors, roofs, garages, warehouses, and shop fronts

• Exterior wall and façade cleaning

• Use with hot or cold pressure washers

• Cleaning of glass, aluminum, plastic, painted, or stone surfaces

• Outdoor washing of stairs, entryways, decks, and metal fixtures

Directions for Use:

1. Dilute the product at a 1:130 ratio with water.

2. Apply the solution from bottom to top of the surface.

3. Let dwell for 5–10 minutes.

4. Rinse thoroughly from top to bottom with clean water.

5. For heavily soiled areas, apply concentrated product as a pre-treatment.
   Note: Industrial use only. Use with protective gloves and eyewear.
