Description
STR-1920 is a professional-grade concentrated surface cleaner formulated to dissolve and lift the most stubborn deposits on concrete, stone, grout, and uncoated surfaces. With its alkaline pH of 12.3, it penetrates porous substrates to loosen baked-on carbon, grease, oil stains, tar, and asphalt residues commonly found in industrial and automotive environments.
The formula is phosphate-free and environmentally conscious, containing zero VOCs, making it compliant with strict air quality regulations (AQMD Rule 102). It does not damage high-pressure pumps, making it perfectly compatible with both cold and hot water pressure washers.
In addition to concrete, STR-1920 is safe for use on aluminum, stainless steel, painted metal, plastic, and glass surfaces—making it a versatile solution across many commercial and industrial applications.

Directions for Use
Dilute the product at a 1:50 ratio with clean water.
Spray the solution from bottom to top on the surface.
Allow it to dwell for 5–10 minutes. Do not allow to dry.
Rinse thoroughly from top to bottom using clean water.
For severe contamination, apply the product undiluted as a pre-treatment.
Use with hot water pressure washers to enhance cleaning efficiency.
Important: Industrial use only. Always wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Do not discharge into open waterways.
